“I am a firm believer in the old adage 'credit where credit's due', hence the reason for this letter. I would like to thank you for the recent SPA assessment I received from yourself. The assessment was robust, rigorous, relevant and fair. In addition to the assessment you were always keen to offer your vast and insightful experience where you thought it would be of benefit. I shall never forget 'strangling my Colonel and poking him in the eye', assigning a 'smiler' and 'make a V, down to the knee, 1, 2, 3'!
I realise that the military training I have received differs significantly in both process and quality, from the training you deliver, and will without hesitation adopt the techniques you demonstrated during the weekend's assessment. If I know of any wishing to receive any of the training you deliver I shall recommend you unconditionally. If I can ever provide you with a verbal or written reference please do not hesitate to ask. SPA Training Hi simon, the course was great and when I got home I pulled the ropes out streight away. I thought I knew a little bit but I learned so much from you and not just technical things but also group leadership.
